1. Overview and Business Model Transparency

WaterproofingConnect ("we", "our", or "the Platform") operates an independent lead-generation and referral website accessible at https://waterproofingconnect.in. Our business model involves receiving service enquiries from property owners seeking waterproofing and leakage repair services in Gujarat, and forwarding those enquiry details to independent, third-party contractors and service providers who can assist with inspection, quotations, and repair work.

Because our platform functions as a referral bridge, we do share your submitted enquiry information with selected independent service providers when you submit an enquiry form. We do not sell your personal data to unrelated marketing databases or mass telemarketers.

2. Information We Collect

When you submit a service enquiry form on our website, we collect only the information necessary to evaluate your request and connect you with a contractor:

  • Contact Details: Your full name and Indian mobile telephone number.
  • Location Information: Your city or town in Gujarat and optional 6-digit PIN code.
  • Property & Technical Details: Property category (e.g., apartment, bungalow, housing society, factory shed), type of waterproofing service needed, and your optional written description of the problem.
  • Timing Preferences: Preferred callback window (e.g. morning, afternoon, evening, anytime).
  • Technical Transmission Data: Submission timestamp, the URL of the webpage from which you submitted the form, and automated anti-spam verification tokens.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

We process and forward your information for the following specific purposes:

  • To transmit your enquiry directly to the website owner via secure communication channels.
  • To share your enquiry details with one or more independent waterproofing contractors operating in your Gujarat locality so they may contact you regarding an inspection and quotation.
  • To safeguard our website against automated bots, abuse, spam, and denial-of-service attempts.

We rely on your voluntary submission of our enquiry form as your clear affirmative request and consent for processing and forwarding your contact details to an independent local contractor.

4. Third-Party Service Providers & Notification Infrastructure

Our platform does not maintain a permanent customer database on its public web servers. When you click submit, your enquiry is processed securely via Cloudflare Pages Functions and dispatched to the platform owner using the following configured services:

  • Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.): Provides static content delivery, edge network hosting, and serverless API execution for form validation.
  • Telegram Bot API (Telegram FZ-LLC): Transmits real-time alert notifications of new enquiries directly to the website owner’s secure Telegram channel.
  • Email Delivery Infrastructure (e.g., Resend): Delivers structured notification emails containing your enquiry details to the platform owner.

5. Data Retention & Security

We do not store customer lead details on persistent public database servers. Enquiries exist primarily within the platform owner’s secure notification inbox and Telegram channel for the duration required to connect you with an independent contractor. We apply strict server-side validation, sanitization, and HTTPS encryption in transit to protect your data.

6. Your Rights: Correction, Access & Deletion

You have the right to request access to the information you submitted, request correction of any inaccurate contact details, or request that the platform owner delete your enquiry from notification records.

To make a data request, please send an email to: contact@waterproofingconnect.in with the subject line "Data Privacy Request" and your mobile number for identification.
